Mike Orlov is the Chief Executive and Registrar at NRPSI and is deeply committed to advancing professional public service interpreting and translating in the UK, advocating for public protection, high standards, and greater recognition of language-service professionals. With C-suite experience since 1999, he has held senior leadership roles across major UK media organisations such as The Mail on Sunday, Northern & Shell and the London Evening Standardand has experience overseeing operations across six GCC countries. Before joining NRPSI in 2019, he worked as a consultant across the Gulf region, following a 35-year career in publishing, digital media and corporate leadership.
