Carmen Barreras Moreno is a passionate educator with a strong foundation in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Originally from Spain, she holds an MA in Education and a BSc in Technical Architecture from the University of Alicante. In 2014, she moved to England to enhance her English and began teaching Spanish in primary schools in Coventry. Since 2016, she has been a dedicated member of the Spanish team at The Language Centre. Carmen completed her MA in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language in 2020 at the International University of Valencia and is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). An Instituto Cervantes DELE examiner, Carmen integrates her enthusiasm for languages and dynamic teaching methods into her practice, ensuring an engaging learning experience for her students.
