Sue Leschen is an entrepreneurial lawyer, linguist, and mentor who has married her twin passions of law and languages together. She is the director of niche-market company Avocate Legal and Business French Interpreting and Translation Services Ltd. Sue is a Fellow of both CIOL and ITI and has Chartered Linguist (Interpreter) status. She is a member of the Association of Police and Court Interpreters (APCI), the Association of Interpreters and Translators (AIT), the International Association of Professional Interpreters and Translators (IAPTI), the National Register of Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI), CIOL’s Interpreting Division Steering Group, and the ITI LIFT Committee and ITI FRNet e groups.
