With a versatile career, she specialises in mediation, collaborating with global organisations to navigate cultural complexities. In response to the Ukrainian emergency, Neji served as a legal operator at Italian borders, honing her precision in crisis management. Her commitment to humanitarian causes deepened during her UNHCR tenure in Calabria and Crotone, gaining insights into refugee assistance. Transitioning to a Protection Delegate with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Neji played a pivotal role in humanitarian operations on rescue ships.
