The TEAM course in multilingualism: A self-study resource for professionals
Dr Anna Ewert, an esteemed Associate Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, will be presenting on the topic, “The TEAM course in multilingualism: A self-study resource for professionals.” This presentation aims to showcase the comprehensive TEAM course, designed as an open education resource catering to teachers and other education professionals. The course delves into various aspects of multilingualism, covering linguistic, cognitive, social, and educational dimensions.
This invaluable resource is easily accessible through an open Moodle course, available in nine language versions. Additionally, a dedicated YouTube profile features video materials meticulously prepared by the TEAM project. Notably, the project emerged as a collaborative effort involving researchers and educators from Poland, the UK, Spain, Germany, Croatia, Italy, Greece, and Israel. Financial support for this initiative was provided by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. Dr Anna Ewert’s speech will shed light on the valuable insights and contributions of the TEAM course to the field of multilingual education.

Dr Anna Ewert is an esteemed Associate Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, where her research interests include bilingualism and second language acquisition. Her impactful contributions extend beyond the classroom, notably through her leadership role from 2020 to 2023 in the EU-funded Erasmus+ TEAM project. This collaborative initiative united researchers and educators from diverse backgrounds, spanning Poland, the UK, Spain, Germany, Croatia, Italy, Greece, and Israel.
